At Quinn Resources Inc., land services aren’t just our profession—they’re our passion. Founded in 2021, we’re a family-owned, boutique land service company rooted in integrity, precision, and a true love for the work we do. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, we proudly deliver comprehensive land support from first title run to final division order—our intent everyday is to function as an extension of your land department.
We bring together deep in-house and field experience with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. We understand the urgency and complexity of oil and gas operations, and we pride ourselves on being the kind of team that keeps projects moving. When rig schedules change at the drop of a hat, we pivot quickly—ensuring our clients’ drilling rigs are never “waiting on land.”
Founded by an Oklahoma native with a deep love and respect for the U.S. energy industry, Quinn Resources is built on the belief that great work starts with great relationships. Brooke Griffin, CPL
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Brooke Griffin is President and Founder of Quinn Resources. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Mrs. Griffin started her career at St. Mary Land & Exploration Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2007 where she worked the Arkoma and Anadarko Basins. She then served as a Senior Staff Landman for XTO Energy Inc. working Barnett and Appalachia assets. In 2014, Mrs. Griffin left the public energy space to serve as Land Manager for privately owned MD America Energy. Mrs. Griffin later joined the team at HighMark Energy as Land Manager (HighMark Energy later sold to Acacia Exploration Partners, where she was also Land Manager). In 2021, after Kayne Anderson sold Acacia’s assets, Mrs. Griffin founded Quinn Resources.
Mrs. Griffin has an extensive land background with considerable experience working in-house for both publicly traded companies as well as privately funded and private equity backed companies. She has overseen A&D transactions and the full-scale preparation and management of company operated and non-operated positions in Oklahoma, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
Mrs. Griffin received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2005. She is an active member of AAPL, TAPL, OCAPL, PBLA, NADOA and serves on the board of FWAPL.
Brooke lives in Aledo, Texas with her husband Brandon and her two sons, Quinn and Boston.
